I was dealing with several years of back tax liability and missing returns. It really took a lot of time to try and find all the information that I needed to compile all the missing tax returns. Summit Tax Resolution obtained my wage and income information directly from the IRS so I could file my returns. Not only that, during the time I was completing my back tax returns, the IRS issued two levies. Nathan Simmons went to work fast to get both levies released so I could receive a whole paycheck. To whom it may concern, In December 2008 I recieved a call from Summit Resolutions regarding my payroll tax problems I was having with the Internal Revenue Service. At that time I was using a different company and was getting no where except in more legal trouble. Nicholas not only represented my company via phone conference at the meeting with the IRS, he also won over the IRS agent we were dealing with. She made the comment that she liked him and that he seemed to know what he was doing. I personally took that as a compliment knowing IRS agents don’t hand out compliments that freely.
